Who Is Narendra Modi?
Narendra Modi belongs to an Indian town of Vadnagar. He was the son of street vendor. He used to sold tea near a bust terminal. In 1971 he joined RSS Gujarat wing but soon during emergency declaration by Indira Gandhi he went out underground and wrote a book called Sangharsh ma Gujarat (Gujarat in Emergency), He graduated from Delhi University in 1978 with political science degree and in 1983 he completed his Master’s Degree from Gujarat University.
Controversies of Narendra Modi : Gulbarg Massacre
When he was Chief Minister of Gujarat In February 2002 a train near by in Godhara was attacked allegedly by some Muslims in a retaliation another attack happened in Muslim neighborhood of Gulbarg. Due to this some Violence spread across the Gujarat and Modi Government strictly imposed curfew all over the Gujarat and issuing order to all the Police department to shoot-to-kill. Later on this orderd was criticized by many media and other personality and people blamed that around 1000 muslim were killed in that incident along with the mass raping and mutilation of women. But after some time the Indian Supreme Court concluded there was no evidence Modi Government. He again reelected as chief minister of Gujarat in 2007 & 2012.

Narendra Modi was elected as head of BJP’s in 2013 and In May 2014 he won Lok Sabha with vast majority of the Seat taking 282 of the 534. This was the highest majority of the seat and the main party of the Indian Politics Congress got crashed due to this victory who were in this Indian politics since last 60 year. On May 26, 2014 he become the 14th Prime Minister of India.

In 2016, He won TIME‘s Person of the Year. In the year 2015 he become the most influential political figures in the world in both TIME and Forbes Magazine. Reelection and Protests
Narendra Modi again won the Lok Sabha election and sworn his second term as prime minister on May 30, 2019. Soon after that in August 2019 in a big move he revoked Article 370 with the help of Amit Shah and it was really a controversial move and he convert that state into union territory and separated Ladhak as Union Terrotory. In December he help Amit Shah to passed the Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB) to help religious minorities people across Pakistan, Bangladesh & Afghanistan. Again in March 2020 after all the Country were facing problem with Coronavirus he took decision to lockdown India for next 3 weeks and then 2 weeks and than again for 2 weeks as Lockdown 1, Lockdown 2 & Lockdown 3. During these Period he announced 20 Lakh Crore Package to boost Economy of India.
