• In 2003, NDA Government asked him to make a film on the basis of Jayaprakash Narayan who launched a mass movement against Indira Gandhi’s government in 1974. He directed a file called ‘Loknayak Jayaprakash’ and send it to Prasar Bharti to release on 11th October on the birth anniversary but since UPA Government come into the power they requested him to change the whole move and show Emergency as in positive light and Jha refused to do so. |
