One of the America’s most popular singing competition, American Idol, is ready for the voting process. This contestant is singing competition that mainly depend upon the audience voting to select the best contestant from all around the America. In this article, we are going to describe you how you can vote your favorite contestant. Here is the step-by-step guide or process of voting system.
Step 1: From When this Voting will start?
The voting will start from ET 8Pm/5 Pm PT on Sunday & Monday Night. However, The timing of the voting can vary, so always check American Idol App or website to find out exact timing of each week.
Step 2: You need to select Voting Method now
The American Idol have basically three-way to cast your vote to your favorite contestant. These methods are via website ie AmericanIdol.com/vote, within the App or Via text message.

Step 3: Register and log in to Vote
If you are going to vote via text you don’t have to register but if you are going to use other than text then you have to first register yourself to register you have to sign up and then verify the email ID. To verify you have to enter the verification code which you will get it at the time of register over your mail.

Step 5: It’s time to Choose your favorite contestant
Now it’s time to choose your favorite contestant. Once you validate and login to American Idol Website or app you can select your favorite contestant to vote and the maximum 10 times you vote for each remaining contestant per voting method (up to 30 votes per week per contestant).
There are three ways to cast your vote to your favorite contestant:
- Website.
- Via App.
- Text. (SMS to 21523)
Step 6: Submit your votes
After all the selection of your favorite contestant, you have to submit your vote’s. If you are voting via text message, then just simply send a text after selecting of your favorite contestant and then send the text to 21523.
